The Hold Steady have announced the release of their ninth studio album, The Price of Progress, arriving everywhere on the band’s Positive Jams label via Thirty Tigers on Friday, March 31, 2023. 

The Goons were a hardcore/punk band from the Washington DC area that was active from 1994-2006. The Goons sought to stir up DC while they blasted their dire and charming (to their fanbase only) short, tight blasts of “mohican-kid speed-rock” and dared them to come out and play.

Today, Mac DeMarco has announced Five Easy Hot Dogs, his new album out January 20th (CD/digital) and May 12th (vinyl) on Mac’s Record Label.
