30 Years Ago Today – ‘Pulp Fiction’ Opens In Theaters

30 years ago today (10/14/94), Quentin Tarantino’s non-linear storyline masterpiece ‘Pulp Fiction’ was released. Besides staging a major mid-90s comeback for John Travolta, the film made Samuel Jackson a star and one of the most quoted roles in movie history. The film’s soundtrack also made a big dent in reviving classic ’60s songs like “Misirlou,” “Son Of A Preacher Man,” and “Girl, You’ll Be A Woman Soon.” Watch the infamous dance scene at the Jack Rabbit Slims Twist Contest..
