40 years ago today (5/21/76), Blue Öyster Cult released their fourth studio album Agents of Fortune– one that turned them from cult favorites to FM radio stalwarts. At the heart of the album is, of course, “Don’t Fear the Reaper,” while the rest is genuinely dark and dangerous, yet intellectually curious.
