45 years ago today (6/2/72), Pink Floyd released their seventh studio LP Obscured by Clouds. The LP was based on their soundtrack for the French film La Vallée, by Barbet Schroeder. The band had already begun work on Dark Side of the Moon, but this largely instrumental LP is often considered their most underrated album amongst fans and critics.
