50 years ago today (8/3/73), Stevie Wonder released his 16th studio album Innervisions. Regarded as his finest song for song album, Wonder played all or virtually all instruments on six of the album’s nine tracks, The singles from Innversions included “Higher Ground,” ‘Living For the City,” “Golden Lady,” All In Love Is Fair” and ‘He’s Misstra Know-It-All’. Heck, even Pitchfork gave this one a perfect 10 rating. Watch Stevie in a typical early ’70s fly wardrobe and hat perform “Living For The City” live in ’74
