Happy 70th birthday today to Iggy Pop who was born on 4/21/47 as James Osterberg Jr., but of course transformed himself into something iconic. The leader of the Stooges is one of the seminal punk figures who released a handful of legendary albums and went on to a remarkable solo career as well including 2016’s strong Post Pop Depression.
