Medeski Martin and Wood have targeted a new audience, seeing as how most of the hip hipsters moved on to The Bad Plus. This album’s for your kids: Let’s Go Everywhere will be released on Little Monster Records on November 20th. You can stream a couple of the tunes now on Little Monster’s website. We’ve long said, if children can really “get” any band, it’s obviously Medeski Martin and Wood.

Does anyone know when tix go on sales for Little Stevie Wonder? This is another artist I will get to chalk up on my list that I have not seen. ACE, went to a benefit last night for LIJ. Good sets from Tony Bennet and Aretha Franklin… Hope all is well everyone. FLUFF
That benefit sounded fun, Fluff — Tony and Aretha sing together or separately?
Saturday November 17th
Doors: 7PM/ Show: 8PM
Tickets On Sale Monday, October 15th at 10am
Ticket Prices: $165.00, $100.00, $80.00, & $55.00
They played two separate sets. ALl hits, it was really good. Tony is 83- he plays and has more energy then most bands we see. Aretha, is gigantic but that voice is insane. Thanks Scott for the ticket info. ROCK ON
