Jakob Dylan Plots Midwest Tour Behind ‘Women + Country’

Jakob Dylan has announced plans for an upcoming Midwest tour this Fall. The tour is set to kick off at The Blue Note in Columbia, Missouri on November 9th, making multiple stops in Missouri and Oklahoma before wrapping up in Bloomington, Illinois on November 14th. Jakob will be joined by Russ Pollard, Jason Soda, and Eli Thomason from the Los Angeles-based band Everest.

Soulful yet striking, and ripe with sublime beauty, Grammy-winning Jakob Dylan reaches majestic heights with his distinct voice and unparalleled songwriting. His sophomore album, Women + Country, debuted at #12 on the Billboard Top 200. For this album, Jakob reunited with acclaimed Oscar, Grammy and Golden Globe winning producer T Bone Burnett, who produced the Wallflowers’ 1996 breakthrough album Bringing Down the Horse.
