Phish Reveal New Studio LP ‘Sigma Oasis’ – Virtual Listening Party 4/1

In what their fans hope isn’t a cruel April Fools joke, the four-members of Phish revealed from their separate isolation spots, during the set break of their Tuesday night (3/31) at 9PM EST Dinner and a Movie (7/27/14) showing, that they will be hosting a listening party Wednesday night (4/1) for their forthcoming new LP titled Sigma Oasis on webcast.livephish.com, facebook.com/phish and Phish Radio on SiriusXM (free through May 15th)

Page McConnell revealed that they recorded the LP in Trey Anastasio’s barn this past November and just recently finished completing it. This will be the first new Phish studio album since 2016’s Big Boat. The LP appears to be self-produced but McConnell noted it was engineered by noted music industry veteran Vance Powell and features an album cover from the band’s photographer Rene Huemer. This announcement was followed by some “Jennifer Dances” jokes to keep it lighthearted during these weird times….
