Billy Strings Crushes ‘Know It All” On Colbert

Billy Strings delighted his fans last night (March 14), returning to the late-night circuit on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert with a straightforward version of his Grammy Award-nominated song, “Know It All.”

As always, Strings was backed by bassist Royal Masat, mandolin player Jarrod Walker, banjo player Billy Failing, and for the TV performance, fiddler player Alex Hargreaves joined the group as he did in Madison, WI earlier this month.

Billy is nominated for two Grammy awards in 2022 — Best Bluegrass Album for 2021’s Renewal and Best American Roots Performance for “Love and Regret.”

Strings and his band perform tonight (March 15) to another sold-out theater at the Roadrunner in Boston, MA.

If you aren’t lucky enough to be there tonight’s show will stream live on Nugs.net
