In conjunction with the June 18 digital release of their sophomore album “A Drink And A Quick Decision,” UK act Grand National will take New York City by storm for a week of live sets and DJ sets. This marks Grand National’s first U.S. shows in over a year and precedes a full U.S. tour set for the autumn months.
While fans will have a chance to hear music from both “A Drink And A Quick Decision” and the critically acclaimed debut CD “Kicking The National Habit,” there are sure to be a bunch of treats thrown into the mix. The last time Grand National visited the US they spliced together a blinding version of their own “Playing In the Distance” with a transition into New Order’s “Blue Monday.” This time around, you can expect something “Crazy” from Grand National – we’ll leave it at that.
