25 years ago today, The Offspring released their Smash LP – their commercial breakthrough LP on Epitaph Records. With the success of the singles “Come Out and Play,” Gotta Get Away” and “Self Esteem,” Smash eventually becomes one of the best selling independent records of all time, selling at least 15 million copies worldwide.
