25 years ago today, (3/8/94), two seminal albums from the ’90s are released: Soundgarden’s Superunknown and Nine Inch Nails’ The Downward Spiral. Both are released the same day and spawn a series of chart-topping singles that include “Black Hole Sun,” “March of the Pigs” and Closer.” Check out NIN’s video for “March of the Pigs.”
