30 years ago today (8/10/93), Billy Joel released his last “rock” album River of Dreams: eight years prior to his last proper album Fantasies & Delusions which contained classical piano compositions. While the piano rocker was prolific enough in the 70s and 80s to capture enough hits to carry him to sold-out arenas and stadiums up till today, longtime fans are still wishing for one more real Billy Joel album.
