30 Years Ago Today – Free Hits #2 On UK Charts With “All Right Now,” 21 Years After Release

30 years ago today (3/2/91), back when classic rock had even more staying power (remember those “Double Vision” Burger King commercials?), “All Right Now” by Free reached #2 on the UK singles chart when it was re-issued to coincide with its use in a Wrigley’s Chewing gum TV ad. This return to the charts for Paul Rodgers and “All Right Now” occurred 21 years after its initial release. Check out the early 90’s “bus journey” commercial for shits, chews and giggles here….
