30 Years Ago Today – Second Lollapalooza Tour Kicks Off With Red Hot Chili Peppers, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Ministry & More

30 years ago today, the second touring year of Lollapalooza kicks off at Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, California. Following a successful inaugural year in 1991, the ’92 edition arrives following the Nirvana Nevermind breakthrough and the main stage features a loaded lineup that includes: Red Hot Chili Peppers, Ministry, Ice Cube, Soundgarden, The Jesus and Mary Chain, Pearl Jam and Lush.
