40 years ago today (3/8/77), Foreigner released their debut self titled LP. The album produced a number of hit singles, including “Feels Like the First Time”, “Cold as Ice” and “Long, Long Way from Home”. It also features album tracks such as “Headknocker” and “Starrider”, the latter of which features a rare lead vocal from lead guitarist and co-founder Mick Jones. Although the real start of Foreigner is the lead vocals of Lou Gramm – check him out here in top form performing “Cold As Ice.”
