45 years ago today (1/27/80) at the Gaumont Theater in Southampton, England, AC/DC played their last show with frontman Bon Scott. The legendary vocalist would die on February 19 after a night of excessive drinking. The band, of course, would carry on with Brian Johnson on vocals and go on to release their biggest-selling album, Back in Black. Despite the band’s commercial success post-Bon, many consider that band’s 70’s catalog untouched. Check out the official video for “Touch Too Much” off Highway to Hell, one of Bon’s most underrated cuts.
