Five Years Ago Today -Motörhead Releaes ‘Bad Magic’ -22nd and Final Studio LP

Five years ago today (8/28/15), Motörhead released Bad Magic and what would be their final album before leader/singer/bassist/founder Lemmy’s (Kilmister) death on 12/28/15. Bad Magic would be the band’s 22nd studio album. The album sparked a powerful early 80’s form for the band and showed the ageless Motörhead still calling the shots well into 2015. The album debuted on the Billboard 200 at No. 35 and No. 2 on the Hard Rock Albums chart – not bad entry indeed. Listen to Lemmy take on his reflective side on “Til The End” off Bad Magic.
