It’s been quite the eventful few days for the super-group known as Them Crooked Vultures. The band, which consists of Led Zeppelin’s John Paul Jones, Foo Fighter Dave Grohl and QOTSA’s Josh Homme, played surprise sets at both the Reading and Leeds festivals over the weekend, and now have announced a string of fall tour dates. Them Crooked Vultures will kick off the run with an appearance at the Austin City Limits Festival, an ACL TV show taping and a performance at Stubbs on September 30 – October 2 before heading east.
