Piano lessons at the age of eight, singing in a punk band at fourteen, and writing her first songs at sixteen, it’s no surprise that lùisa immediately caught fire when she released her debut record One Youth Ago. Soon after lùisa would perform on Inas Nacht, one of Germany’s most popular late-night shows, and was the first and only German artist to sign with the Canadian record label Nettwerk.
