Denver based quartet DeVotchKa released their fifth studio album 100 Lovers on ANTI-records earlier this month. The worldly romantics retreated to the Arizona desert with producer Craig Schumacher to record 15 original tracks of charmed wonder. 100 Lovers embraces DeVotchKa’s signature global cinematic sound, joined with a matured pop twist. The record features percussionist Mauro Refosco along with members of Calexico.

DeVotchKa are in Chicago tonight, where they are set to perform at the House of Blues. The Kopecky Family Band opens and $25 general admission tickets are currently available.
