30 years ago today (2/14/92), the SNL spinoff rock-themed film Wayne’s World premiered in the U.S. The film starring Mike Myers and Dana Carvey as public access television show buddies Wayne and Garth, featured appearances from Meat Loaf and Alice Cooper and plenty of 90s humor. However, the big bust out was Bohemian Rhapsody’ whose big placement in the film propelled the song to No.2 on the US singles charts nearly 20 years after its first release.
