30 years ago today (3/17/92), White Zombie released their third album La Sexorcisto: Devil Music Volume One – one that saw the band opening a groove metal can of hooks. Led by the soon to be very famous Rob Zombie, La Sexorcito featured The singles “Thunder Kiss ’65” and “Black Sunshine” both saw generous airplay on radio and MTV, setting the band up for 1995’s commercially huge Astro-Creep: 2000.
