Pickathon is pleased to announce the lineup for 2018, the music festival’s 20th year. Celebrated as the best independent event for discovering new music, Pickathon prides itself on its emphasis on diversity and inclusivity, noted in 2017 as one of the most unique and gender-neutral festivals in the US. Taking place August 2nd through 5th on Pendarvis Farm in Happy Valley, OR, the 2018 lineup will bring together artists of all genders and varied cultural backgrounds from more than a dozen countries spanning the genres of rock, folk, experimental, jazz, and beyond.
Reflecting on 20 years, 3 locations, hundreds of performers and thousands of supporters, Pickathon founding partner, Zale Schoenborn says, “In an age of uniform commercial festivals, we are humbled that against all odds, an experience- and discovery-oriented music festival like Pickathon is not only celebrating a 20-year anniversary but is also recognized as one of the most unique and diverse in the country.”
Pickathon is pleased to have the opportunity to continue to present some of the most exciting new artists alongside internationally recognized favorites in a magical setting surrounded by music lovers from all walks of life.
