Today, Dublin’s Fontaines D.C. have shared a new video for their fan-favorite single ‘Liberty Belle’. The video celebrates an incendiary 2019 for the band which saw them release their debut album ‘Dogrel’ to critical acclaim, earning plaudits from a vast array of major publications, receiving nominations for esteemed awards and appearing in a number of album of the year 2019 lists.
The video combines documentary footage from their various sold-out dates across the year and live visuals from their recent sold-out shows at Vicar Street in Dublin.
Speaking about the track frontman Grain Chatten says, “Liberty Belle is a lament to the death of old Dublin, written by people who couldn’t afford the new one.”
