Jessica Breanne is an American singer-songwriter, entertainer, and artist best known for her work as the frontwoman of rock band The Electric Hearts. Breanne has garnered attention for her distinct voice, songwriting style and raw live performances. Stripping away The Electric Hearts persona she is revealing her true artistry by crafting a unique sound and voice all her own. Breanne’s soundscape of honest, vulnerable songs takes the listener on a soul journey all their own.
“Bad Shape”, the cinematic psych-country single from Breane, is a brooding dive into pastoral surrealism driven by a distinct and alluring vocal performance and vivid storytelling. Like a crash you can’t look away from, the song takes the listener on a slow, inevitable ride to the madness that they won’t want to get off thanks to a haunting video accompaniment and hypnotic, fuzzed-out guitar lines.
“Bad Shape originally began as a short story that naturally evolved into the song. My friend Kevin Doyle heard the song and used his brilliant imagination to come up with his own storyline and ran with it. Kevin learned quite a lot during the process of making this video including CGI effects, 3D printing and more. We filmed this in October of 2021 with the help of a lot of great friends,” says Breanne.
