Contuining our ode to All Hallow’s Eve this week, for today’s Tuesday’s Gone, we’re serving up this classic performance by Parliament Funkadelic of “Dr. Funkenstein” live from The Summit in Houston on Halloween night 1976. A nice deviation from some of the more cliché choices synonymous with the season, this performance is naturally more funk than fright, but considering it effectively captures Parliament Funkadelic in their mid-70s prime, it’s fantastic footage to revisit anytime of the year.
