Earlier this year Umphrey’s McGee asked their fans to weigh in on the best live versions of 2010. The group took the results and edited “the best of the best” into a seamless two-set format for the upcoming release Hall of Fame: Class of 2010.
All in all, the album contains almost 210 minutes of highlights from the road warriors’ 2010 performances. Hall of Fame: Class of 2010 comes out on June 28 with the band putting together three different pre-sale options including their first-ever live vinyl release. Those ordering the “Digital Download Package” will receive an analog remastered download of 16 live tracks (3+ hours), available in premium DRM-free 320kbps MP3s, Apple Lossless or FLAC formats as well as an immediate digital download of Partyin’ Peeps from a rehearsal featuring Umphrey’s and Huey Lewis.
The “Vinyl Package” contains 2 Analog Remastered Limited Edition Black Vinyl featuring the “best of the best of the best” of the Hall of Fame selections as well as the full album digital download and a new UM tune titled A.M. Umphrey’s has also made 25 “Uber Fan Packages” available which includes everything from the Vinyl Package and a vinyl test pressing with a personalized hand-drawn sleeve by guitarist Jake Cinninger. Let’s hope Umphrey’s continues to put out live vinyl releases moving forward.

Sweet news! I had no idea they were doing this. But do you mean you’d like to see more live vinyl releases? Because Safety In Numbers and Mantis were both on vinyl.
Yes indeed, thanks for the catch
