The Cure Reschedules U.S. Dates

The Cure have announced the newly rescheduled dates of their US tour.

Due to scheduling conflicts with NBA basketball season, the shows are taking place a little later than the band anticipated.

The tour is now set to kick off on May 9, 2008 in Washington DC and will hit several major North American cities before concluding at New York’s Madison Square Garden on June 20.

In addition, the band announced that they have been given the closing spot at Washington’s Sasquatch! Music Festival over Memorial Day weekend, where they plan to play a whopping 150-minute set.

Each venue will honour the tickets from the original dates. Those who want a refund can obtain one at their points of purchase until November 1.
