Beloved international psych-rockers Kikagaku Moyo are on their final tour before disbanding. September and the beginning of October found the band in North America, and on Tuesday, September 27th and Wednesday, September 28th, they played Portland, Oregon. After playing Tuesday night at the more intimate Aladdin Theater, the band moved across town to the larger capacity Crystal Ballroom for their final Portland performance.
Portland’s own Rose City Band, a project of Ripley Johnson (Wooden Shjips, Moon Duo) opened the show.
