If anyone was born with a perfect artist name- it’s got to be that of Clover County. With a name that pretty much sums up all the colorful twang elements of today’s well traveled Americana scene, County surely will have people say – “it sounds familiar, I think I’ve heard her.”
County will release her debut EP this November, so there isn’t much track record yet. That’s about to change, as she is touring with Morgan Wade this fall and will release her debut EP Porch Lights on November 15th.
Glide is premiering the sugary anthem “Ultraviolet,” which combines Jenny Lewis’s indie rock charm with Margo Price’s colorful artistic scope. This one is about as much a banger as one can label something that isn’t precisely dance pop, so let’s get ready to hear more of Clover County.
