Tuesday’s Gone: Turntile Remains The Same In 2025 With Old School Throw Downs (Live Wyman Park Dell)

Turnstile by Atiba Jefferson

Continuing our spotlight on Turnstile this week in anticipation of their new album Never Enough (which arrives this Friday), as showcased on yesterday’s Manic Monday, Turnstile’s history long pre-dates the success of their stellar breakout album Glow On (released in 2021). And although the band’s explosion in popularity this decade has garnered them an entirely new legion of fans, today’s Tuesday’s Gone video goes to show that the more things change, they ultimately remain the same.

Indeed, this lo-fi footage may appear to have been shot on a 1992 camcorder, but it was filmed on a 2025 camcorder (less than a month ago, to be exact) at Wyman Park Dell in Baltimore. Organized as a free event to raise awareness and donations to benefit health care for the homeless, Baltimore turned out big time for their hometown heroes by, of course, going all-out on the crowd-surfing and stage-diving fronts (some awe-inspiring acrobatics on display here), which is a beautiful thing to see. So, whether Turnstile was playing to a couple of 100 people in a small club in Philly over a decade ago, or playing to a sea of 1000s in 2025, the result remains the same: pure unbridled mayhem, in all its exuberant glory. Check out the epicness in its entirety below (band hits the stage around the 21-minute mark):
