M83 Reissues On Vinyl – Fall Tour Dates Announced

Mute Records is proud to announce the special release of all five M83 albums on vinyl. Each of these releases will include a bonus CD, and are all double LP’s with the exception of Digital Shades (previously a digital only release, issued on CD for the first time October 28, 2008).  M83, also known as Anthony Gonzalez, has been recognized by Rolling Stone for his exceptional ability to create “70mm songs for John Hughes movies yet to be filmed.”

M83 has also confirmed a headlining US tour throughout November. The tour kicks off in Atlanta, GA, on November 11th and wraps up in Los Angeles, CA, on November 29th. Following those dates, M83 will head across the pond to the UK to open for Kings of Leon. These dates are all in support of M83’s fifth record, “Saturdays = Youth,” which has been praised by Black Book, who write that it portrays   "the spiritual atmospherics of Sigur Ros and My Bloody Valentine’s epic shoegaze sprawl…the results stun in glorious slow motion."

All five albums will be released on vinyl on November 25th
