Iconic rocker Neil Young kicked off his Twisted Road Tour at the Palace Theatre in Albany on Tuesday night in and opened by dusting off the classic My My, Hey Hey (Out of the Blue) for the first time since 1995. The other big surprise of the night was when Young strapped on an electric as in the past his solo tours have found him on acoustic and piano all night. For the 18th and final song of the evening, Neil gave the 100-minute set a sense of symmetry by closing with Hey Hey, My My (Into The Black).

Last night at Shea’s in Buffalo the tour continued with ol’ Neil playing the exact same setlist. The Twisted Road Tour continues tomorrow night at the Hanover Theater in Worcester, MA.
