The Shins have shared a new video for “Dead Alive”- the band’s first original song in over two years. The band is expected to release a new album in early 2017, which will be the follow-up to 2012’s Port of Morrow, which followed frotman James Mercer’s 2014 Broken Bells collaboration with Danger Mouse After The Disco. The song is classic “Shins” evoking the melodies and quirky vocal stylings of their early aughts works.
