Treasure Island Music Festival Announce Set Times, Night Shows

San Francisco, CA – September 27th, 2012 – Treasure Island Music Festival, which will be taking place on October 13th and 14th, is proud to announce the schedule for its sixth year running. With no overlapping sets, fans get to hear every note of every artist – see full schedule below. In addition, the festival whose lineup includes Girl Talk, The xx, a rare festival appearance and one of the only performances of the year by Joanna Newsom, Public Enemy (marking their 25th Anniversary), M83, Grimes, Best Coast and many more, recently announced the lineup for this year’s night shows.

As previously announced, Saturday October 13th will be headlined by Girl Talk, making him the first artist to ever return to Treasure Island, while Sunday October 14th will be headlined by The xx, who will be making their only U.S. festival appearance in 2012. ABOUT ANOTHER PLANET ENTERTAINMENT
Since its inception in 2003, Another Planet Entertainment has produced and promoted events with artists as diverse as Radiohead, Dave Matthews Band, Neil Young, Daft Punk, Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, Metallica, Paul McCartney and Kanye West.
