The 16th installment of ALO’s Tour d’Amour finished up in Seattle on April 1st, and saw the group celebrating its 25th year together as a band. There were a number of special guest on hand. The Rainbow Girls, who opened the show, came out to sing a couple of songs. Matt Butler (Everyone Orchestra) added percussion on some tunes, and Sean McLean (World’s Finest) and Leon Cotter (Reb and the Good News) played saxophone on “Lady Loop.” Bill and Jillian Nershi, Jason Hann and Scott Law came out for a run through Gram Parsons’ “Ooh Las Vegas.” Law stayed on through the end of the show, which featured “Sparrow” and an abbreviated version of “Barbeque,” which was cut short due to the curfew.
