Willy Tea Taylor Brings Together The Fellership in Portland, OR (PHOTOS)

Singer/songwriter Willy Tea Taylor rounded up some of Portland’s finest for The Fellership to deliver a special show at Portland, Oregon’s Polaris Hall on Thursday, April 13th. The band featured Matt Candenelli (Wanderlodge, Don of Division Street) on drums, Lewi Longmire (Left Coast Roasters, TK & the Holy Know-Nothings) on bass, and Kris Stuart (RootJack, Wanderlodge) and Taylor Kingman (TK & the Holy Know-Nothings, Freak Mountain Ramblers) each on electric guitar. Jay Cobb Anderson (Fruition, TK & the Holy Know-Nothings) opened the show, and also joined the Fellership to add some harmonica to the mix.

The band added some extra texture and punch as the audience got lost in Taylor’s stories and songs. A few of the many highlights included “Bakersfield,” “69 Malibu,” “National Treasure,” and “Knights Ferry.”

Taylor has a show in Madison, Tennessee on April 22nd and then a series of dates in Texas that run through the end of the month.
