Dumbo Gets Mad is a psychedelic pop project based in Italy. They were founded in early 2011 in Los Angeles by Luca Bergomi, who released his debut album Elephants at the Door.
Back with their first new release since 2021, Dumbo Gets Mad brings us “The Depth Of An Answer”, a song full of their quintessential beachy, sun-kissed vibes, a concise and pleasant unveiling of slacker-rock joy. Here, we find Luca Bergomi right at home as he effortlessly cuts across the track with a casual yet charismatic vocal wit. The song is bolstered by a crescendo of beautiful soundscapes and downhome lyrical cleverness, a real treat for the indie rock fan in all of us.
