While most know Todd Rundgren for his eclectic and often sensitive approach to sound and the occasional power ballad, he also had a prog band called Utopia that stretched things out and rocked very hard with his signature melodic flair. While Rundgren trimmed Utopia down in the late 70s to be more melodic, the early years are where most fans’ ears adhere.
