As we wait for the release of the latest Man Made Hills outing, the band releases a new single that reminds us to take the anticipation—and life in general—a bit slower. “Down Stream” is a twinkling reality check that begs the listener to sit back and become immersed in the twangy solace and all the magic of life. The latest single from Summer Camp is a heartfelt ballad that sways as mighty as a wave, while maintaining a glistening presence that gives “Down Stream” its anthemic feeling, washing over you. Man Made Hills successfully captured the serenity of a crystal-clear lake at sunset and made it so that we can all carry that feeling with us after every listen to “Down Stream.”

“‘Down Stream’ was written in a cabin in the Catskill Mountains while on vacation with my wife,” explains the band. “The song is about relaxing, being present, and counting our blessings during times of intense stress.”
