Try and get your road tripping done in March, as American motorists have been warned that gas prices in April will average a record high of $1.76 per gallon. Afterwards, prices may recede. Sen. Joe Lieberman recently called on the Bush Administration to investigate if customers are getting screwed at the pumps. Either way, with the tax filing deadline and gas, April looks to be a costly month.
