The Drive by Truckers have announced they will be issuing a 35 track live album ‘It’s Great To Be Alive’ recorded during a three-night stand at the Fillmore in San Francisco. The set will be covering every era of the Truckers’ career, starting with Mike Cooley and Patterson Hood’s early band, Adam’s Housecat, and going all the way into material from its excellent 2014 album English Oceans, which reported on NPR will include an epic version of “Grand Canyon.” It’s Great To Be Alive! will be out October 30th.
