Widespread Panic Working On New Album With John Keane

As posted on their website, Widespread Panic are currently in John Keane studios working on their followup to 2008’s Free Somehow.  This will be the first studio album since 2003’s Ball that wasn’t recorded at Compass Point Studios in Nassau, Bahamas, following Free Somehow and 2006’s Earth To America, both of which were also produced by Terry Manning.

In other Widespread Panic news, the band announced a three night at the House of Blues in Myrtle Beach, SC March 25-27, 2010, soon to be followed by their appearance at the Wanee Music Festival in Live Oak, FL Aprl 16 and 17th.
