103 years ago today (4/4/13) Muddy Waters, the American blues musician who is often cited as the “father of modern Chicago blues” was born. Muddy passed away in 1983 at the age of 70, long after his impact and influence on blues, rock and amplification made its mark. Check out this full show from 7/29/71.
