40 years ago today (5/10/83), Ministry released its debut album With Sympathy. The nine-track album was versed in new-wave and synth-pop and was hardly the industrial sounds that would emanate from the Al Jorgenson-led band. In fact, the band is hardly recognizable here in this early stage, as even Jourgenson was sporting short hair and no visible body art or piercings.
