30 years ago today (7/20/93), Cypress Hill released its second studio album Black Sunday. Starting off with the blunt “I Wanna Get High,” there was no hidden message from the B-Real fronted trio. The album debuted at #1 on the US Billboard 200, selling 261,000 copies, and made the band the leading pot spokespeople at a time when the cannabis culture was relatively taboo.
