To All Trains is delightfully unpredictable, with moments of surf-rock that transition into murky grunge. “Tattoos” seems simplistic on the surface, but deeper musicianship creates the dark tones and masterful guitars. Stadium-sized bass lines round out the guitar-driven track as spoken word-style vocals deliver rude awakenings.
