The jam scene’s first reality show/talk show, Jeff Waful + 1, debuted last night when an introduction and the first part of a four-part episode went live on Relix.com.
The introduction lays the ground work for the series, which on one hand will document Waful’s life on the road as Umphrey’s McGee’s lighting designer and on the other will feature one-on-one interviews.
For the first episode Jefferson chats with Warren Haynes, though in the five-minute clip that’s available now we haven’t quite gotten to the interview portion of the show. Both the intro and the first part of episode one seem to lay the groundwork for future installments. You can watch Jeff Waful + 1 at Relix.com, where the rest of the debut episode will be posted soon.

Could be an interesting video podcast or e-cumentary series. Props to Waful on the new venture.
(More than ever watching that just now, he reminded me of Stewart Copeland a lil bit.)
